Part of a special release from Morning Musume, "Morning Musume Fc Special CD", only released to people of their Fanclub at the time. The release consists of 10 discs of which all have 2 tracks each. One is a song sung by each member and the other, a message to their fans. All the discs are individual numbered and came in a CD pouch that would fit all CDs.
