Album Info

Release Date: 1991

Label: Varèse Sarabande

Original Varèse Sarabande CD issue of re-recordings by Richard Kaufman and the Nürnberger Symphoniker, featuring selections from film and television scores by Lee Holdridge, as well as classical compositions by both Holdridge and Miklós Rózsa. The packaging includes a four-page booklet with brief liner notes from Tony Thomas, photos of the represented composers, and color front and back covers, the former featuring a specially commissioned painting by Matthew Joseph Peak.

The name "Miklós Rózsa" is spelled correctly on the CD label, but is misspelled as "Miklos Rozsa" on the booklet cover, inlay card, inlay card spine, and within the booklet itself -- the former is the proper PAN, and the latter has been used as an ANV in order to match the majority of the packaging as per [g2.5.2.]
