"Revelation #9", the intro song, is missing and there is a 1-second blank edit in "Organ Grinder".
Due to an error in the mastering, "Misery Machine" is spread over two tracks.

The sound of this unofficial release is not sourced from the complete amateur audience video with a mono sound, but more probably from a DAT stereo recording.

"White Knuckles" is listed on the back insert as "Fist Full Of You" and the show is said to have been recorded at The Snake Pit, Slidell, January 24, 1995.
