Comes in a white cardstock sleeve with a sticker that wraps slightly over the top; sticker must be ripped to access the disc inside.
From the sticker: "500 copies of this were printed instead of T-Shirts so I could make money to help pay for touring. None of these recordings were used on any previous release - most of them were made as Demos. Skip over the first two songs. All songs are copyright 1997 I Failed In Life/BMI and _don't_ make any fucking copies of this. Don't."

There are several versions of the sticker. One version lists tracks 1 and 2 as "First Song Sucks" and "Second Song Sucks", and the text from the sticker is as above; another version lists the first two tracks as "Skip to Track 3" and "Skip Over to Track 3", and the sentence "Skip over the first two songs" is replaced with "The first two songs are really awful". Version 3 lists tracks 1 and 2 as "skip over this" and "skip over this as well". Version 4 lists tracks 1 and 2 as "Skip Over This"
