Scottish Singer-songwriter Mark Mulholland busked around Europe before settling in Berlin, where he formed the combo Two Dollar Bash. Relocating to Haiti via Paris Mulholland continues to play and write more of his superb songs of his life. Elements of Dylan, Sudden, Jansch & McGowan surface in his songs and writing ..a particular favourite is I 'Don't want to hear you laugh' which shows off his songwriting to great effect .Disc two was recorded live at London's 12 bar club the week after signing to Troubadour and was included at the last minute ..check out 'Taking a Taxi' as another fine example of the talents of this performer .
