This release contains 31 unreleased songs from Sandman's entire musical career. While credited to Sandman alone on the sleeve, disc art and liner notes, the songs are actually performed by Sandman with various bands: Morphine, Treat Her Right/Treat Her Orange, the Hipnosonics, Pale Brothers, Super Group, and Candy Bar.

On DVD there is also a 18:00 minutes part (Ephemera) with videos, photos and Art by Mark Sandman.
