Soundtrack to the PS2 game "Ōkami". The translated title is "Okami (Original Soundtrack)".
Issued in a large, slipcase-style box. The discs are housed in a fold-out, ten panel "digipak". A 30-page booklet containing track names and liner notes (Japanese only) is inserted with the box. An obi is wrapped around the box.

The final track, 5-30 ends with a chiptune rendition of "Rising Sun". In the booklet this hidden track has track number "?" and is titled "?".

The back of the booklet lists generic composer credits. The inside of the booklet credits specific composer credits (in Japanese), namely Main Composer, Composer and Co-Composer.
