1st Note to Listeners: 軽井沢に感じの良いジャスやボサノバが、かかっていてワインも料理もうまい店があります。そこのマスターに「音楽で煮詰まってる、何かいいのないですかねー？」と聞かれました。
『そうだなぁ僕もあまり新しい音楽を開拓する方ではないし、好きな曲はあるんだけど聞きすぎて・
というのがあるよなぁ。とりあえずというか前々からやりたかったんだけど好きな曲をカバーしました。
(Translation: There are good Jazz and Bossa Nova in Karuizawa, and there are restaurants with good wine and food.

6. アヒルの歌なんですよねー。かわいい4種類の鳥が出てきて、そこで思い出すのが自分の曲でも鳥の鳴き声みたいなギターで始まるのがありました。パッドチキンです。
(It's a duck song, isn't it? Four cute kinds of birds came out, and what I remembered there was that even my song started with a guitar like a bird's singing. It's pad chicken.)
7. 何百って人がこの曲をカバーしてるのでちょっと考えましたが、ドプロギターでやることにしました。多分初めてかな？昔アローンのレコーディングをした時、イントロのDmgの世界はGirl from Ipanemaにちょっと似てるなぁと思っていました。なので今回はalone風のイントロからスタート。
(I thought about it for a while because hundreds of people are covering this song, but I decided to do it with a dopro guitar. Maybe it's the first time? When I recorded Alone a long time ago, I thought that the world of Dmg in the intro was a bit like Girl from Ipanema. So this time, I started with an intro of the alone style.)
8. 人生を歌うフランスの歌手アンリ・サルヴァドールをEmille-Clare Barlowがカバーし、今、高中がカバーします。

9. 人間いつ死ぬか分からないからね、別れの曲は早めにやっといたほうがいいかな。以下2曲はアイスランドのフュージョン・バンドMezzoforteのカバー。

11. リズムがいいよね。昔から大好きでこんな乗れるリズムを作るのは素晴らしいなと思っていた、メゾフォルテ。北欧のバンドなんだよね。録音してる最中も思わず体が動いた、人には見せられないが踊ってしまった。
(The rhythm is good. I've always loved it and thought it was wonderful to make such a riding rhythm, Mezzoforte. It's a Nordic band, right? Even while recording, my body moved involuntarily, I can't show it to people, but I danced.)
12. 昔、マンボNo.5を僕がカバーしたころ、ちょっとフランス映画音楽みたいなこの曲「THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS」
は感動的でとても好きでした。この曲を昔カバーし、レコーディングした時スタッフの一人が、邦題としてつけた
「白銀のギター」と言うタイトルを聞いて軽薄だと思ったのかスタッフを辞めたいと言い出しました。曲のタイトル
なんて曲が良ければいいじゃないのかなあ。
(A long time ago, when I covered Mambo No. 5, this song "THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS" was a bit like French movie music.
