DVD music tracks recorded live at Shibuya C.C. Lemon Hall on 4 December 2007 during the "Cover Hall Tour 2007". Track 2-1 is a cover of the Cindy Lauper hit, 2-4 of the Japanese band Fishmans; the other two tracks are Yamazaki originals. DVD also contains additional footage.
