Originals pressings have pro-printed fold-out inlays with extensive band info, thanks, credits and all lyrics. All have plain tapes with either multi-colored or black-and-white tape labels. Three pressings exist, distinguishable by the following traits...

- Advance/promo - All-black & white 5-and-a-half panel cover and inlay, 2 black-and-white tape labels. Originally included a business card and sticker as well, but many copies are now missing them. Some copies have 1 full-color label and 1 white label.
- 1st pressing - Color covers and inlay. Double-sided 4-panel inlay. Demo title on spine is small and printed in white. No artwork behind the lyrics. 2 full-color tape labels
- 2nd pressing - Color covers and inlay. Double-sided 5-and-a-half panel inlay with additional art, credits, info, etc. not present on 1st pressing. Demo title on spine is larger and printed in red. More artwork behind and around the lyric panels. 1 full-color tape label and one white tape label.


Re-released in 1996, split into two CDs: "Head from the Dead" and "Eat Me".

- Recorded on a four-track and transferred into VH6 Hi-Quality Stereo from July 10 to September 10, 1995 in the band's private home studio.
