Released in a gatefold cardboard sleeve (digisleeve).

CD 1 "100 Lbs" is a re-release of the first Herbert album originally released in 1996 on the Phono label.
Mastered by [...] at the Exchange.

Track 1-1 does not include the spoken word piece plus fanfare which appeared at the start of the track on the original "Part One" 12" and the original "100 Lbs" album. Therefore the length of "Rude" is 3:47 on this release, and 4:05 on the 12" and the original album.
Track 1-11 does not include a hidden untitled track at the end of "See You On Monday", which was included on the original "100 Lbs" album.
Track 2-12 originally released under Herbert's alias Slojak on Phonography/ Lowlife/ Antiphon/ Subvert.
