Band formerly known as The Sunset Boys. This is the second version of the release The Sunset Boys, Captain Sensible - Disco Girls.
The band's name is shown as Maximum Mania on folded paper sleeve.
Most copies have a plastic 'Disney' outer bag stapled to the paper sleeve.
Some labels have stenciled gold spray-paint "Disco Girls" and a 'gimp' face.

SPIRAL SCRATCH magazine#13 (August 1991) said that this record allegedly features Captain Sensible on guitar and bass, Dave Berk on drums and Xerxes on vocals. Captain Sensible commented in the same issue that he doesn't know anything about it...
