The original press were on norwegian tapes, and hand-written by Euronymous with a black marker pen on A Side "FUCK", and "OFF" on the B Side.

Sources vary about the vocals, some claim Euronymous sang, others claim Necrobutcher sang, and some claim that they shared the vocal duties.

Includes the five tracks that appeared in the bootleg known as "Voice Of A Tortured Skull" on side Fuck, and four more from a rehearsal (PFA rehearsal) on side Off. There is an unlisted jam at the end of track 9.

The cover shows a picture of "O Cristo Torturado" ("The Tortured Christ") by Brazilian sculptor Guido Rocha (1933-2007).
