MORE THAN ROCK was the debut album of ME AND THE REST, originally self-released in 1998.

The EP included the four songs "Stand up for Rock'n'Roll", "Stranger", "Say I Love You" and "I'm Sailing". Available digitally for the first time in 2020 including the three bonus tracks "Crazy", "The Last Indian" (both recorded in 1993) and "Tequila" (Live recording from 1991 at the Albani Bar of Music). The bonus tracks were only released on CD compilations so far.
