Limited edition pro-pressed CD release. Front covers are printed in black and white. On the very earliest copies some red parts of the front cover art are colored in by hand, but most remain uncolored. Many of the already-scarce colored copies were sent out for promotional purposes, to local zines, labels, radio stations, etc (for example, a colored copy was sent to Sin Klub Entertainment for review in their Glass Eye Magazine, pictured in this entry).

Aside from being colored, promo copies can be distinguished by a blue "Disc Made In Mexico" stamp on the back cover (see pictures)

Cover includes a double-sided pro-printed 6-panel fold-out cover. One side has a band photo, surrounded by individual member photos and their individual thanks list. The other side includes the front cover art, all lyrics, as well as credits and band info
