This release is identified simply as "Meat Beat Manifesto" on its front cover, but is referred to as "2016 Tour EP" (on the band's official website), "2016 Tour CD EP" (on the band's official Facebook profile), and "MBM2016EP" (on the inner ring of the disc).

It was initially available exclusively during the following 2016 tour dates, and made available for purchase later in the year through Meat Beat Manifesto's official website:

September 23rd - Cold Waves V festival at Metro in Chicago, IL
September 30th - Club Dada in Dallas, TX
October 1st - Numbers Night Club in Houston, TX
October 21st - DNA Lounge in San Francisco, CA

Although it was originally announced to be a "5 track EP", the CD contains only three tracks. The 'missing' tracks may possibly be in reference to the song, "Falling Upright 1-3", being comprised of three parts (beginning/ending times are unverified):

Falling Upright 1 (0:00-2:22)
Falling Upright 2 (2:22-5:10)
Falling Upright 3 (5:10-7:53)

The back sleeve identifies track 1 as "Falling Upright 1-3" while the disc identifies it as "Falling Upright".
