Cat# taken from the CD matrix.
Packaged in a Jewel Case with a clear tray. Booklet: 4 pages.

The CD is properly pressed and printed (and sounds fine). The only information present on the inner ring of CD is 'HB 250'. The printed artwork on the release is slightly poorer than the original version. Some of the inner pages of the booklet are missing, including the 'would like to give thanks' page. Some information has also been blacked out.
