Each cover is a 4-ink silkscreen on brown chipboard folded sleeve with cover art by HAZE XXL.
Unique to the Plissken Afterglow Edition is that the cover full-on glows in the dark. The vinyl is blood n' pus opaque red & green swirl with black splatters.
Each sleeve is hand-stamped on back with the edition #. Oh yeah, it also comes with a bonus "MELVINS DONUTS" sticker.
