LP1 is a reissue of the 1994 CD release minus the following two omitted tracks: She Knows It & What Am I Looking For.
LP2 consists of bonus tracks. Track C1 was previously released on the One Man CD single, and the rest of the songs were recorded much later.

Recorded at Waterfall Studio in Oslo, Wavelength Studio in Salem, Oregon, Skien Loft Studio in Skien, Norway.
Joachim "Jokke" Nielsen played guitar on "She Knows It", but it was inexplicably left off of this vinyl, as was "What Am I Looking For".
