This is the third of three pressings.The first pressing is white bordered Mercyful Fate - Mercyful Fate There is a myth of 200 copies pressed. The white border was either a misprint or the record company didn't like the look of it and changed it to black. It is unknown how many copies got into the shops.
The second Mercyful Fate - Mercyful Fate and third pressing are black bordered.
This third pressing was distributed by Bertus Holland.
