Black CD (unofficial?) edition found in several quantities at second hand stores in Hong Kong, where it was possibly released in the 90's. Also possibly made in China where several replica CD (with different catalogue number and specific barcode) had the same features in quality of paper used to print the booklet

Differences with original Elektra/Asylum official edition:

1) Catalogue code on the spine: 7071-60471-2 (also printed on the printed surface of the Disk)
2) Barcode: 0 70716 04712 5
3) Mould/SID Code: IFPI R201 (no matrix/runout is visible)
4) Black CD
5) Booklet: 12-page folded booklet - the booklet comes in a 6-pages long strip folded 3 times. Thick paper and poor printing quality similar to similar chinese (taiwanese?) bootleg massively produced in the 90's
