Counterfeit version of this release, from 1995 according to the CD.

Both EP front cover images are poor copies of originals on stiff card. Unlike official versions it is not a folded insert with front and back cover images.

Back insert is a copy of versions with Carnaby St. address, 'Made in England', no barcode, and 'Creeping Death' only on the spine (i.e. early Music For Nations versions prior to Vertigo/Phonogram 'Creeping Death/Jump In The Fire' re-issues in 1990).

CD has a clear center and a black label with 'Creeping' printed on it.
Also includes a warning 'Don't forget: Hometaping is killing music'.
