This is, in fact, a reissue of Metro's 1980 album "Future Imperfect" but, in what can only be described as a bizarre decision, Oglio reissued it as "America In My Head" even though that is the name of the single from that album. The cover art shown here is the cover art from the 12-inch single for "America In My Head" though if you look at the inside of the CD booklet, the original artwork (complete with the original "Future Imperfect" name) is shown.
