The EP is a collaboration between Grandmono and the Grammy award winning Metropole Orkest. It contains two new original songs, three re-recordings and an instrumental track. The sound is inspired on 60's cinema - combining the lush sounding Metropole Orkest with the signature sound of Grandmono and of course Caro's exquisite vocals. Italian cinema, French scores and exotica - it's all there. The EP was recorded with vintage gear at Electric Monkey Studio in Amsterdam. Part of the sound is a rare mixing desk previously owned by Ennio Morricone.
