'Constructing Clouds' was sampled on the Piano Magic track 'Snow Drums' on Piano Magic - Low Birth Weight.

All songs herein are from the original recordings, except for the versions of 'My Own Writing', 'When It All Comes Down', 'Stand By Me' and 'Orange Resin Tiles' which were amended versions of the peel session songs which were recorded for singles on Bad Jazz and Liquefaction Empire that didn't happen.

Recorded in Edinburgh and Bristol between May '97 and September '98.
