No overdubs were used on these recordings apart from "Dutch Hop", which uses 8 track dubbing. Tracks 2, 5 & 9 use digital FM synthesis and track 8 is performed with STEIM's LISA software. Track 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 & 9 feature the Crackle synthesizer designed by Waisvisz, whereas track 7 features an early sampler.
Tracks 1, 3, 4 and 6 were previously released on the LP Crackle in 1978. and were mastered at Fylkingen. Track 4 was previously titled "Dutchjazzcircus".
This version of "Dutch Hop" is the one rearranged and extended for use with a dance performance ("Rocky Angel" by Reflex Dance Company).
