Limited edition box set containing remastered versions of the albums Looks Like Rain, Frisco Mabel Joy and Heaven Help The Child, plus the 'demos, rarities, unreleased' compilation, Better Days.

Packaged in a black cardboard lid and tray featuring embossed white and gold leaf lettering. The four discs are housed in individual card sleeves printed with the name of the album, except for disc 4 which is identified as "Being a collection of rare and unheard demonstration recordings by Mickey Newbury recorded between 1969 and 1973 alongside a unique recording specially created in a home setting by disc jockey Skip Weshner for broadcast on radio station KRHM-FM, Los Angeles October 28, 1970". The set also includes a 96 page booklet including essays, photographs, memorabilia and credits, and a 24 panel fold-out insert with complete lyrics on one side and a map of 'Newbury's America' on the other.

Looks Like Rain originally released in September 1969 as Mercury SR 61236. 'Frisco Mabel Joy originally released in October 1971 as Elektra EKS 74107. Heaven Help The Child originally released in January 1973 as Elektra EKS 75055.

The 'blue edition' of 100 was available exclusively on www.anamericantrilogy.com.
The 'copper edition' was limited to 2000 worldwide.
