There were originally only supposed to be 100 copies but the pressing plant made 23 more.

Leather Sleeve Edition (this version): 30 copies were put into silk screened black "leather sleeves" hand made by Athenar's blood kin, 15 copies with disco jacket inside of that, 15 without. And a few of the copies without disco a jacket have regular silkscreened cover inside the leather sleeve, so those copies essentially have a double sleeve. These silkscreened covers were all cut across the top horizontally so that they would fit into the leather sleeve. Some of these copies were also signed by Athenar.
