There were originally only supposed to be 100 copies but the pressing plant made 23 more.

Regular Edition (this version): 93 copies issued in silkscreened sleeves

Leather Sleeve Edition: 30 copies were put into silk screened black "leather sleeves" hand made by Athenar's blood kin, 15 copies with disco jacket inside of that, 15 without. And few of the copies without disco jacket have regular silkscreened cover inside the leather sleeve, so those copies essentially have a double sleeve. Separate entry for that version:
