The inclusion of the A1 poster and the exclusion of the lyric sheet in the US versions was a factory mistake / mix-up. The US version was supposed to include the lyric sheet but no poster. Only the Euro version's were intended to include both.
However, replacement lyric / credits sheets were available at Midnight's merch table during their Spring 2022 US tour with Mayhem.
