Born out of a mutual appreciation for arcade games, John Hughes movies, and 80s soundtracks, Midnight Mantics - the Nashville based synth–pop duo of writer/vocalist Adam McCants and producer/multi-instrumentalist Stacy Hogan - aim to make music that Ferris Bueller himself might call "so choice".

This EP is definitely that of a soundtrack to a coming of age romantic-comedy. It’s all about the rollercoaster of love and relationships, but also life, the changes we go through and hope that the unattainable will one day become attainable.

These experiences are timeless, spanning across all decades and fads… long before boomboxes and rubik’s cubes… and well after the
Nerds decided to get their revenge.
