The side B label is printed "The World's Holiest Record" so as a joke Dave Richards punched holes in the NON-Playable area of the vinyl (plays perfectly fine on play surface). Ultra micro press printed "Advance Collector Edition" on label.
Misprint is because this rarity states 45rpm on the label but in reality plays 33rpm
