These piano pieces, many of them inspired by poems are all composed by Mike Westbrook and played by him on a Yamaha grand piano in the Recital Room at South Hill Park, Bracknell.
Recorded by South Hill Park Sound Studio on October 7th and 14th 1976 and November 15th 1977.

Tracks side A are numbered from 1 to 7 on disc label, and from I to VII on back sleeve
Tracks side B are numbered from 9 to 14 on disc label, and from VIII to XIV on back sleeve

Authors of poems inspiring the music are presented ("credited") on back cover as if they were the writer of the musical pieces, but of course they're not. Tracks inspired by poems are the following :
