This is a collection of songs Mike Wing wrote from 1986 to 2015.1. "8 Ft. Tall" recorded for the Art School album "Stupid And Young"
2. "Hands" recorded at War Zone studios and appeared on the "Nuts & Balls" EP
3. "Nothin' Done" recorded at Ultra Suede studio in Cincinnati and appeared on the "Cornfed" EP
4. "It's Over (Reprise)/Clown/No Resolve" was recorded in the Winthrop house basement.
"Clown/No Resolve" was released on the OFF White sampler 7" EP.
5. "Oxes and Horses" was recorded at JJ Nobody's home studio in Colorado Springs and appeared on the "Hobo's Demos" album.
6. "Low Self-Esteem" was recorded with Kris "Chainsaw" Poulin at his home studio.
7. Some of the tracking for "Longreen" was done at the Blasting Room.
8. "Excuses" was recorded in Kansas City at Chris and Sarah's house. Never before been released.
9. "Boogie Boogie on the Backs of the Working Poor" appears on the album "The Blind Owl".
10. & 13. "Lucifer I" and "Lucifer II" were released on the "A Little More Down" album on Roostercow Records.
12. "I Don't Need Your Help" was recorded at Ben "Queenryche" Prytherch's basement studio. Never before been released.
14. "Another" was recorded at Damon's studio and has never before been released.
