One sided flexi-disc published by Berliner DAAD-Galerie for the exhibition entitled Broken music and shown in Berlin, Germany (DAAD Galerie), Den Haag, The Netherlands (Gemeente Museum) and Grenoble, France (Le Magasin).

The disc is the companion to a 280 page book in English, French & German featuring essays by curators Ursula Block & Michael Glasmeier, philosopher Theodor W. Adorno, visual & audio artists László Moholy-Nagy, Jean Dubuffet, Hans Rudolf Zeller & Milan Knížák.

Broken Music also include an illustrated 191 page compendium of artists' recordworks from Acconci, Vito to Z'ev.

Book cover is from Milan Knížák's Broken Music (1963-79). The flexi disc is mounted on the first page of the book and held in place by two vertical slits in the page.
