One sided flexi-disc published by Berliner DAAD-Galerie for the exhibition entitled Broken music and shown in Berlin, Germany (DAAD Galerie), Den Haag, The Netherlands (Gemeente Museum) and Grenoble, France (Le Magasin).The disc is the companion to a 280 page book in English, French & German featuring essays by curators Ursula Block & Michael Glasmeier, philosopher Theodor W. Adorno, visual & audio artists László Moholy-Nagy, Jean Dubuffet, Hans Rudolf Zeller & Milan Knížák.
Broken Music also include an illustrated 191 page compendium of artists' recordworks from Acconci, Vito to Z'ev.
Book cover is from Milan Knížák's Broken Music (1963-79). The flexi disc is mounted on the first page of the book and held in place by two vertical slits in the page.
