In "fatboy" jewel case with obi. Twenty page booklet includes personnel credits and liner notes in English plus an additional four pages of liner notes in Japanese. These liner notes are dated December 1992 making it unlikely this was issued until 1993. Online vendors have a release date of January 25th, 1993.

Recorded at Stockholm's Concert Hall, Sweden, March 22 (1-7) and October 13, 1960 [sic].
Nos. 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 19, 20 and 21 are added tracks on CD [sic].
