Limited edition of fifty copies, packaged one of two different ways: The first, an "early" edition packaged in a clear plastic sleeve with a hand-cut recycled cardstock insert and a 4x4" photo print cover, was made available to the first 20 people who ordered. The remaining 30 copies came packaged in a recycled brown cardboard jacket with a 3x3" cover sticker, with dual-color text stickers of the tracklist on the back. An even more limited edition version was produced on ten 90-minute cassette tapes, which included two bonus tracks exclusive to that format.
