The story behind this is interesting. When Wreck-Age decided to put this release out, they first wanted it to be on a 12". They went as far as creating a Lacquer for it, but never had the plates made. Then they switched to a 7". If you don't know what a Lacquer (acetate) is, it's what they pour the metal on top of, to make the plates that press the actual records. This is a 12" Lacquer of MOM ST. There's only 1 of them.
