From the forthcoming album, "3-Way Tie (For Last)" (SST 058)

Some, if not all copies were shipped in a 7.75"x7.75" envelope containing the 7" housed in in a plain white pocket sleeve with the band name and track titles stamped in red ink. Also included were the following inserts:
- A press release written by Harvey Kubernick dated October 3, 1985 with a tour dates for the "Co-Conspirators Tour '85" on the back.
- A press release titled "Hereby Approved: Censure's Decision Regarding Rock Act Minutemen".
- A poem by Michael C. Ford titled "Minutemen".
- A flyer for the Minutemen with Billy Bragg at Lawndale Art Annex on October 19, 1985.
- Three double-sided pages of reviews from The Village Voice, The Washington Times, BAM, etc.
- Tour dates for the "Co-Conspirators Revival US Tour 1985" printed on a roughly 5.875x4.5" piece of brown chipboard.
- A folded yellow pamphlet titled "You Can Run - But You Can't Hide So Why Not Stand & Fight".
- A folded pink pamphlet titled "Coincidence Or Conspiracy? Revival For Reagan".
