Approx. 200 copies of this version were made exclusively for that show. It has an alternate cover and disc label color in silver and black, and comes in a slimline case with originally no obi issued. The release date of "95-1-21" is indicated inside the booklet, however the actual release date is late 1994. The CD label says "1994.
