The sleeve still carries the Scatterbrainchild Records label logo and PLAN 666 Cat #.
Subtitled: "4 Hits From Hell"
Back cover lists the B sides tracks out of play order. Also states "From the forth coming album 'Lucifer's Penis Rising'".
