Released in a standard jewel case with clear tray and 24-page booklet (incl. lyrics, liner notes by all band members & 'Rock -n- Roll...D.N.A.' by Jerry Only). Release contains also fold-out booklet with lyrics and biography in Japanese. Comes with OBI-strip and a bonus 5" vinyl (in cardboard sleeve).

Catalogue numbers on 5" vinyl: VACK-1271-A (on Side A) / VACK-1271-B (on Side B).

'Hi-Fi Scary-O-Phonic Sound' stands on disc, back of cardboard sleeve and on tray side of back cover.
