3 with a "positive" version (white on black) of the front sleeve sticker on label (this).
7 with the regular label sticker of this pressing.

Contains one glossy black/white insert with the sleeve design of earlier pressings, and one dull pink/black insert with tracklist plus additional info.
Both inserts are printed on heavier cardboard, both stamped on the flipside.
