"The track was originally conceived for a live quadrophonic set in the After Dark zone at Splore Festival, Aotearoa on February 24th 2024. It was further developed at the Super Sentient ambient festival on March 9th 2024.The bones of the live show were then further manipulated in the studio, where 'Super Sentient', named after the festival, took on other dimensions, absorbing experimental live elements as the dub process evolved."
