The label confirmed the first pressing accidentally had the artwork rotated where Patrick O'Hearn was in the top left corner rather than Dale Bozzio on all parts of the packaging. They corrected this and had it repressed before the release date. While the corrected orientation can be purchased directly from the label and is part of the limited edition box set with all three reissues, the alternate orientation is available though all other channels until it sells out.
