Issued with a fold-over sleeve, a single-sided folded insert, a digital download card, a What's For Breakfast? catalog insert and a What's For Breakfast? sticker.

Although the center label is hand-numbered out of 500, the record label owner states that there was a pressing plant mishap that resulted in a total of 400 copies pressed and 300 of those copies were on black vinyl.

Track A2 is alternately titled "Keep It Simple, Stupid" on the center label.

All songs written and performed at Kickem In The Mouth Studios.

The pressing plant is identified by the runout etchings.
