First pressing also included:
- 62 'Record Release Show' version pressed on blue marble vinyl. Sleeve was stamped and hand-numbered, with a spray-painted plastic sleeve.
- 100 pressed on dark transparent blue vinyl. Sold exclusively by the band while on tour.
- 150 pressed on blood red vinyl.
- 250 pressed on blue marble with black vinyl.
- 1000 pressed on blue marble vinyl.
