Test Pressings were made by RTI on September 24, 1997. The release is double vinyl, with Sides A/B and Sides C/D packaged in separate plain white outer sleeves with the date ( SEP 24 1997) and release number (UP 044, then either A/B or C/D) stamped in the upper right hand front corner. Each record was then put in a loose plastic sleeve with the right side perforated for opening.
