Missing is the Jello Biafra & Mojo Nixon With The Toadliquors collaboration album 'Prairie Home Invasion'. This is without a doubt due to the animosity between Jello Biafra and the other three Dead Kennedys band members who sued the Jello Biafra owned 'Alternative Tentacles' label for the rights to the Dead Kennedys recordings and after winning in 2000 re-released them on Manifesto.
