This version has a thick cardboard sleeve and a glossy 'autographed' photo of film-star James Mason.
Monitor - Beak has a foldover sleeve printed on medium-weight coated paper and has a small 3"x4" insert.
Both versions were in editions of 1000 copies.

Note that labels for this version may appear darker than those with the paper sleeve, but the color-change is the result of exposure to the cardboard sleeve, and the disks are identical.
